Reset Your On-line Banking Password
How to create a security question and answer to reset your on-line banking password
- Sign on to on-line banking
- Click on the options tab at the top of the page
- Create a question that only you know the answer to in the PIN Reset field
- Enter the answer to the question you just created in the PIN Reset Answer field
- Click on submit at the bottom of the page and you can now reset your on-line banking password
